The final season of Cougar Town (now onTBS) has some very cool songs from IFMP artists -- "THIS TIME AROUND" from the band 'Worth Taking', "MINUTES" from Evan Olson and "END OF THE WORLD" by Red Velvet Ray Gun.

January 8th's episode of THE YOUNG AND THE RESTLESS is a great one for BEAT CHAMBER artist KORIANA. Her song "BREATHE" is featured and you'll also hear her song "LOVELY LULLABY", along with instrumental versions of her songs "ANYTHING FOR YOU" and "BRIGHTER".

How much fun is this? Writer Terry Munday landed a placement with his song "SUPER SURFER" on the MTV series "SLEDNECKS" which airS on Christmas Day 12/25/14. There will be snow.

A new series about addiction and athletes from Direct TV, LOCKER ROOM ADDICTION, is using "DOWN A DARK ROAD" written by BEAT CHAMBER's JONATHAN MERKEL.

LIAR, LIAR..."PANTS ON FIRE", a new TV movie on DISNEY XD - for the male skewed tween and teen audience, has a cool Indie rock cue kicking off the film called "MELTDOWN", composed by IFMP's CONOR KEARNS.

Country artist SEAN PATRICK MC GRAW has scored another placement, this time in the second episode of Season 3 of the ABC hit series NASHVILLE. The song is "IF YOU'RE THAT GIRL (I'M THAT GUY)" -- congrats to Sean's co writers, Dale Oliver and Serg Salinas.

WE KISS AND TELL...Indy film "NAOMI AND ELI'S NO KISS LIST" is using the PETER ROBERTS' song "LET ME TASTE YOUR HONEY" for this upcoming romantic comedy.

SPRING 2015 -- Dolph Lundgren stars in the action thriller film SKIN TRADE, being released in Spring '15. "UNZIP ME" by BELLE REV is used in the movie. Writers are Jessie Schoen and Edgard Jaude.

MORE LOVE from HALLMARK...We 3 Kings song "THRU MY ARMS" will be heard on their upcoming TV movie, "A NOVEL ROMANCE".

LOVING THAT LIFETIME CHANNEL ...Audrey Martells sings AVALANCHE, cowritten with Edgard Jaude for TV film "RUN FOR YOUR LIFE" coming soon on Lifetime.

TOUCHDOWN...the composing team of EDDIE GREY & KEVIN COMDEN just learned that their song "GAME TIME" (which was used as the logo for Direct TV's Celebrity Beach Ball) will be the main title for new series "FANTASY FOOTBALL".

JUSTIFIED REDUX: IFMP artist ADRIAN NILES got his third placement on the FX hit series JUSTIFIED with his terrific song "SAME ROAD" this past April. Way to roll!

LOVE IS IN THE AIR...when you're watching HALLMARK MOVIES, that is. Their upcoming TV movie "WHEN SPARKS FLY" features the sweet song "SHINE" by CURIOUS on June 28th. Congrats to writers Rinat Arinos, Daniel Brecher and Sean Hurwitz on this placement.

LOVE IS IN THE AIR AGAIN -- this time it's in Canada. Canadian network UP has a love story for TV called "MATCH MADE IN HEAVEN". This one features a song by Johnny Douglas, sung by Samantha Newark, called "GOODBYE, GOOD FRIEND".

It's Da Bomb -- Canadian TV series BOMB GIRLS was canceled, but the fans loved it so much, that the producers made a 2 hour Movie of the Week that will air this spring....you'll get to hear, fresh from the Jackie Saunders Orchestra, featuring Huck Andrews singing, "If We Should Ever Meet Again". Thanks to the Morrison Catalog for this great, authentic vintage song.

Simply Shameless -- Two great songs on the 2/23/14 episode of Showtimes' hit series SHAMELESS. Hat's off to Joel Evans, whose song "Probably The Sunny Day" was featured along with "Shotgun Pistol Grip" by The Ghost Wolves.

So Glad To Be Single-- VHI's "SINGLE LADIES" has added another IFMP song to one of their episodes...this time by the talented Ms Larissa Ness...the episode is in March of '14 and is called "One Way(Pass On the Drama)".

IT'S GAME TIME! -- DIRECT TV's 'CELEBRITY BEACH BOWL', taking place in NYC, airs on Saturday, February 1st. You'll be hearing the shows' new theme music "GAME TIME" written by Kevin Comden and Eddie Grey.

Sky Highs..."Something Happened Last Night" written by songwriting team, Joel Evans andJohnny Douglas, will be featured in a scene on ABC's "Pan Am" January 9, 2012.

"Home Sweet Home" performed by Stacy Wilde and written by Stacy with Dave Beck, will be in the season premiere of the new season of Justified, airing January 17th on FX.

Kim & Kourtney Take New York -- The prolific Edgard Jaude has already landed 6 cues in the E! reality series about two of the many Kardashians -- well done, EJ!

Jane By Design, featuring the TWIRL song "IT GIRL" airs on ABC FAMILY, January 3rd in the season premiere.

FLASHPOINT: "Broken Fences" (the duo of Morgan Erina and Guy Russo) will have their very beautiful and moving song "WAIT" over the closing montage on this former CBS dramatic series. The episode called 'Priority of Life' airs on the CV and ION on December 6th and

KEATON SIMONS hits a double header -- On PRIVATE PRACTICE, Thurs, Nov. 3rd, you can hear the character of Addison, played by Kate Walsh, singing some of Keatons' beautiful song "IF I HADN'T FORGOTTEN" -- then the actual recording of Keaton singing the song will be played at the end of the episode. Edgard's side project, "ER INC" also has 2 songs in upcoming episodes, co-written with Rafael Torres ("Hot Jam" and "Say It Loud") along with his solo work "2 Da Rhythm", "By Nature", "Violation Code", "Love Tender" and "Exchange".

HBO's TRUE BLOOD is back and an upcoming episode this July will contain Marty Axelrod's terrific song "MONTGOMERY MOONLIGHT" performed by The Ohio Sound Machine.

The Film Independent Spirit Awards will be broadcast on March 5th on the IFC and will featuresongs "Life Design" and "Louder Than Bombs" by The Parlotones. Both songs will be put on a compilation CD that's given to the attendees. Congratulations to Kahn Morbee (who wrote The Parlotones songs) and their band members.

Jo C's party dance song "Beat To The Rhythm" is part of the fun at spring break in a new episode coming up on ABC Family's "Greek". The mighty songwriting team, We3Kings, comprised of Bill & Walter Brandt and Keith Volpone, created this Lady Gaga type number.

You'll hear John J Harvey's "Metal Is Dead" in the Season Finale of Accidentally On Purpose, the hit CBS sitcom, airing Monday, February 22nd.

Its a man's world...at least on Men of A Certain Age, it is. A song by the very unique World group, TUKULEUR, will be heard in an episode of MOACA February 15th on TNT. "Le Swing Du Ghetto" was written and performed by Oumar Sall, William Camara and Christian LaChenal.

Canadian Christopher Pennington has two songs coming up on The Young & The Restless-- Feb 9th, his "Three Ships" will liven up an Irish pub, and a romantic French jazz song called "Quand la Lune Veille" (co written and sung by Danielle Roblechaud) can be heard on February 15th.

Everybody Loves George Kahn: Jazz Pianist George Kahn will have two uses of his Dave Bruebeck stye song "Wes Coast" on the new Ray Romano series "Men Of A Certain Age". The show will air February 1 on TNT.

PLAY ON! The fabulous alt rock band from South Africa, THE PARLOTONES, will be featured on the CBS long running series, "Ghost Whisperer", this coming Friday night, January 15th. You'll hear their song called "Play On"...check the band out at myspace/theparlotones

Here's the Holiday schedule for IFMP songs on The Young & Restless after the ones on the 17th:

On Dec. 22 you'll hear Johnny Douglas Jr. singing his original song "Snowman", followed by three of Steve Glotzers' acoustic instrumentals "God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen", "Oh Come Emmanuel" and "Away in a Manger.

Don't touch that dial because you'll also hear Scooter Pietsch's "Family & Sleigh Bells" along with Fawn and Vince Covello's version of "Angels We Have Heard on High."

On the 23rd of December, the instrumentals include Sharon Farber with "Hark The Herald Angels Sing", "Away in A Manger" and "Deck The Halls" from Steve Glotzer; and Joel Evans brings us a vocal version of "What Child Is This."

We'll get to hear Smokin Jazz versions of "Deck The Halls" and "Joy To The World" from Dominick Serpico again on December 24th, followed by Steve Glotzer's "We Wish You A Merry Christmas" and "O Come All Ye Faithful". Same day, Geoffrey Keezer's "Angels Did Swing" will keep you listening and watching the show and at the very end, a beautiful rendition of "Silent Night" arranged by Sharon Farber and sung by Jacob Mitchell.

After you've eaten your figgy pudding and tossed out the boxes, Y&R gives us two more from Scooter Pietsch on the 28th of Dec..."Gift Wrap" and "Snow Surprise."

Rounding out the holiday music on Y&R was Michael Kisur singing his original song "Christmas Dream."

On December 10th, you can hear Dominick Serpico's Smokin' Jazz Orchestra do versions of Deck The Halls and Joy To The World.

On December 17th, you'll hear Michael Kisur singing a Kool Kat version of Jingle Bells arranged by Michael and Edgard Jaude. Also on that day Steve Glotzer's acoustic version of "God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen" will be on the show, along with two songs sung by Jeff Meegan -- "Seasons of Love" and "All I'm Waiting For." Jeff wrote "Seasons of Love" and Brad Hatfield is his co-writer on "All I'm Waiting For."
